Yin Yang Flow Masterclass

Description

Join me for this 2hr deep dive practice, one of my favourite classes to teach! The first hour will be vinyasa flow followed by one hour of yin yoga to get you feeling renewed, relaxed and rejuvenated. It's the perfect balance between yin and yang and the perfect way to begin your weekend.
