Late summer is upon us. We are transitioning from the fire element to the earth element. After the summer vacation our digestion can feel a little off balance, and this is the perfect time to revaluate our eating habits and focus on practices that can nourish us and help us stay healthy through the winter. This is the time to get grounded. To indulge less and nourish more. Join me for a 2hr Yin Yoga practice focusing on energising the stomach and spleen meridians by moving through the front lines of the body. Holding the postures for 3-5 minutes and longer, we may help encourage the stimulation of the meridian channels which could aid digestion, help balance emotional stress and bring chi (life force) to your joints and tissues.
