Meet your teachers:
Bruce believes yoga is a practice of doing and being. In the months following his first yoga class in 2005, Bruce started to see major shifts in his life which he can only attribute to yoga. He stopped smoking, he became kinder to others and to himself, he realised that there was more to life than his 9 to 5 in banking.
In 2009, Bruce emigrated from Canada and in the years since then has lived and taught yoga in Singapore, Bali, Dublin, Bangkok, Hong Kong and San Francisco. An international yoga teacher and bona fide traveling yogi now based in Brussels, Bruce has had the privilege of leading workshops, retreats, and trainings across Asia, Europe and Southern Africa.
Bruce has thousands of hours of trainings and has been lucky enough to study with renowned teachers like Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein, Jason Crandell, and Tiffany Cruickshank, to name a few. He believes that every teacher has something to share, and as a result of the many teachers he’s practiced with, his practice is as varied as it is colourful.
Bruce’s practice and thus teaching is multi-layered and influenced by the ongoing studies, both with teachers and through self, and uniquely the experiences and connections he has had through his globe-trotting.
