Join me and Sabrine Daam in Mallorca, Spain, for a Yoga, SUP and SUP Yoga Adventure!
What is SUP? SUP stands for Stand Up Paddle boarding. Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a sport originating in Hawaii as an offshoot of surfing. Unlike traditional surfing where the rider is sitting until a wave comes, stand up paddle boarders maintain an upright stance on their boards and use a paddle to propel themselves through the water. SUP Yoga combines hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga asanas, or poses, with SUP, where the fluidity of the water challenges your balance, strength and flexibility. It’s a must try for all!
What is YOGA? Well, I’m pretty certain you have an idea about what yoga is, or else you wouldn’t be on my website, right?!. If you want to read more about what I do, click here. During this unforgettable retreat we will be practising vinyasa yoga in the mornings to get our bodies prepared for SUP and SUP Yoga, plus a deep, meditative yin yoga practice in the evening to chill you out and help the body recover from the time spent on the water.
Can beginners come? Absolutely! This retreat is open to all levels of experience. Sabrine will teach you everything you need to know about how to do SUP and SUP Yoga, and I will take care of you on dry land!
I’m experienced and want to deepen my practice. We’ve got you covered! Sabrine and I are both experienced teachers and will taylor our classes to meet the needs of all who are drawn to share this experience with us.
