During this 2 hour yin yoga practice we will stretch the body deeply holding poses for 3-7 minutes. You will feel like you’ve had a deep, internal massage.
Fantastic for increasing flexibility, joint health and mobility, this practice is suitable for all practitioners from beginners to experienced yogi’s. Yin yoga is extremely relaxing but also challenging for the mind and body to be still.
