Want to learn how to float into handstands, arm balances and other inversions?
One of the biggest things that holds us back from these postures is fear. During this workshop we will learn the alignment needed to help de-mystify the poses which will help decrease the fear. We will practice different strengthening and stretching poses which you can practice everyday to help prepare the body for these poses.
